Campsite Rules
Dear Camping Guest,
Welcome to Harz Camp Goslar! We are delighted that you have chosen to spend your holiday with us. Below you will find some important information and requests to help ensure that your stay is as pleasant as possible for you and all other guests.
- Please register directly at the reception upon arrival.
- Upon registration, you will receive a guest card, which also serves as your pitch permit. It is non-transferable and must be presented to campsite staff upon request.
- On the day of departure, please vacate your pitch or accommodation by no later than 11:00 a.m. and leave it clean. If you would like to depart later, please ask at reception whether the pitch or accommodation is still available.
- Your pitch is intended for one camping unit (caravan or tent) and one car or motorhome. Small additional tents (2-person igloo tents) may only be set up in exceptional cases and with prior approval from reception.
- Driving any type of vehicle is only permitted on designated routes and at walking speed.
- Quiet hours are from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. and from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Please keep radios, televisions and similar devices at a volume appropriate for a tent. In the interest of all guests, please also avoid loud conversations during these times. Driving on the campsite should be avoided during quiet hours.
- During night-time quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., the sanitary facilities building is closed except for the toilets. The barriers will also only be opened during this time in emergencies.
- The campsite is reserved for guests seeking recreation. Operating a business on or from the campsite, as well as exhibitions or shows on the premises, is not permitted.
- Cleanliness and order are the responsibility of all campsite users. All facilities and equipment must be treated with care.
- Children under the age of 6 may only enter the sanitary facilities when accompanied by an adult.
- Washing laundry and cleaning dishes in the sanitary facilities is not permitted. Please use the designated areas provided for these purposes.
- Smoking is prohibited in all buildings located on the campsite.
- Wastewater and chemical toilets may only be disposed of at the designated disposal facilities. Please do not empty wastewater or chemical toilets into toilets, sinks or the dog shower in the sanitary facilities.
- All types of waste must be disposed of exclusively in the designated waste containers and should be carefully separated. Before departure, please dispose of your rubbish. Leaving bulky waste on the campsite is prohibited.
- The campsite operator is not liable for damages or losses suffered by camping guests or visitors as a result of actions by third parties or events caused by force majeure. Liability for items brought onto the campsite (§§ 701 et seq. German Civil Code [BGB]) is excluded. During the winter months (01 November to 31 March), entering and driving on the campsite is at your own risk and the campsite operator accepts no liability.
- Barbecuing is part of the camping experience. Depending on weather conditions (such as dry periods), charcoal barbecues may be prohibited. Please obtain permission from reception beforehand. Private campfires and open fires are strictly prohibited. Gas and electric grills may be used at any time.
- Dogs are welcome guests but must be kept on a lead throughout the campsite. Dog waste must be removed immediately by the owner.
- The campsite operator and its employees are authorised to remove guests from the campsite if they violate these campsite rules (right of admission and exclusion).
